Waiting, Waiting, Waiting

Well we thought by now we may have a slab or be very close to it. However it appears we are no closer now than we were 8 weeks ago after our final builders interview. Still waiting on many answers to questions that arose from the final interview. As well as framing plans being delayed, which is holding up final approvals. And the icing on the cake is that we were informed last wednesday (31st March) that they have just realised that they designed our 'open' shower in the ensuite incorrectly and we now need to either close it in with a door (ruining the whole look and making the design pointless) or upgrade to a grate drain ($$$). They were going to get back to us this week with options, although here we are Friday and still no call. Getting very fed up with everything. Although holding onto the hope that it will all be worth it in the end. After seeing their display homes and comparing them to others in the market they do seem to offer a well finished product for a good price. Just keeping my fingers crossed things start moving so we are in by Christmas, which is starting to look questionable :-(
